1.  I can't get past the Country section when registering from the Shopping Cart.  What gives?

Answer:  Thank the spammers and scammers for this one.  This is a side effect of keeping our site safe from fraudulent purchases.  To avoid this problem, register from the Storefront and then choose the "I am a returning customer" option in the Shopping Cart to complete the transaction.
