When you're trying to go straight, the street is the last place you want to be. After serving time for the murder of a cop's wife, reformed ex-con Ray Frye (Scott Leet) sets out to make a new life. But he's got psychotic Detective Jack Braken (Mickey Rourke) on his trail. With only Gloria (Nina Ofenbock) and Lilah (Christina Applegate) in his corner, Frye's about to cross the line -- and finds himself caught between a deadly world and the one place he can never return.
